The S.T.I.N.G.™ Implementation Workshop 

The S.T.I.N.G.™ Implementation Workshop is an action-centered experience designed for educators, parents/caregivers, and community leaders who are responsible for protecting and supporting Black girls in Pre-K through 5th grade. This workshop moves participants beyond awareness and into aligned, practical next steps—so adults respond early, consistently, and with care.

This is a live, 2-hour, mplementation workshop delivered in a focused session (with guided reflection, real-world application, and clear next steps).

Facilitator: Tori Marshall, Founder of MosaicED Strategies™, will facilitate the workshop.

Focus Areas

Participants can expect a structured experience centered on:

• S.T.I.N.G.™ Framework Alignment: Success, Transform, Impact, Nurture, Grow
• Adult Response Shifts: How beliefs, expectations, and reactions shape outcomes
• Shared Language + Consistent Practices: Creating alignment across home, school, and community
• Early Protection Practices (Pre-K–5): Supporting confidence, voice, and emotional safety before harm occurs
• Next Steps for Implementation: What to do immediately after the workshop to sustain the shift

This workshop experience is for adults ready to move from “good intentions” to intentional protection so Black girls are supported early, not misread later. Be the bandage and not the bruise!
